Hiraeth, a longing or homesickness "It is difficult to define hiraeth, but to me it means the consciousness of man being out of his home area and that which is dear to him. That is why it can be felt even among a host of peoples amidst nature's beauty; like a Christian yearning for heaven." --D. Martyn Lloyd Jones
THIS BLOG HAS BEEN RETIRED. I AM NOW BLOGGING AT HIRAETH

You do have a very nice view, Kim. I like it very much! The windows are beautiful.
I also love your leaves in the frames on your wall. Did you collect these? Where are they from?
Placing your flowers on a mirror is beautiful too! I love this idea. I always place flowers in my room in front of my mirror because the play between the flowers and the light is just so beautiful. It also makes it look like there are so many more flowers.
I could definately write and daydream in your room! It's gorgeous!
You know, I noticed the framed leaves again and decided to write about them for my Tuesday Treasure, so I'll leave you in suspense until tomorrow.
I don't think anyone ever visits this blog anymore. I may post some more pictures of my secret garden (this time from the outside) so you can see it. Pictures of parts can't capture the whole, but they can give you an idea of how welcoming it is. I'd love nothing better than to sit on the patio together with you (I'd make you tea!) for a nice long chat. Wouldn't that be lovely?
It would be very lovely! I would love to drink tea with you! I'm sure I could spend hours that way. I'd get my boys to help me cook some treats to bring to eat.
This is just like a secret blog now. How appropriate to post about a secret garden here.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow when the leaf secret is revealed.
